Drying up of Urmia Lake

This section will look at the effects that the drying up of Lake Urmia will have on the local ecology, the lives of people and animals within a 300 km radius, the region, and the world, in hopes that, having seen the effects this environmental catastrophe will have on the area and the world, we will take action to keep this jewel of Azerbaijan (Urmia Lake) from drying up.
